RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Size and color exchanges are available and applicable only for the same product, subject to stock availability. In the event of exchanging to a different product, the new item has to be of similar/higher value of which the customer has to pay the difference.
Please note that all returns/exchanges must be securely packaged and returned in a sellable condition. All returns/exchanges that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and be held responsible by the customer.
Please make sure the product in good condition and with the original packaging.
-Eko series and GRP mat need the plastic film, wrap with the original paper, never unroll the mat.
-Pro series need wrap with the original paper, never unroll the mat
Returns/Exchanges must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 7 days from order fulfilment. To submit your returns/exchange request, contact us at email@example.com ; with your order number and product exchange information.
All postage costs incurred from returns/exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Note: All SALE purchases are final and strictly non-exchange/refundable, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. In such circumstances, all postage incurred will be borne by us. If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us within 7 days from order fulfilment.
